This feature allows you to send a PDF of the data from the form as an attachment on an email. This is part of the email template, and can trigger using any of the events of the regular emails, such as on initial save, or when a particular field changes.
When you create your email template, there is a new tab called PDF. To enable this feature, set PDF email to Yes.
There are four additional feilds where you can customise your PDF attachment on the email, in a similar way to how you can customise the reports.
PDF Template - this is an advanced field that most people wont use. It allows you to fully customise the layout of the PDF, but requires you list individual field names.
PDF Template Cover Page - This is an extra page at the beginning of the PDF, where you can add whatever you like, such as a logo of whatever you like. You can insert whatever basic HTML you like here.
PDF Template Header - This is shown at the top of every page. Can be used to insert your logo. You can insert whatever basic HTML you like here.
PDF Template Footer - This is shown at the bottom of every page. You can insert whatever basic HTML you like here.
